Tonkotsu (猪骨汤味) 也是 Menya Miyabi 招牌拉面之一！
Tonkotsu (Pork Broth Flavor) is also Menya Miyabi’s favored ramen by its rich collagen soup. In Japanese, ‘Ton’ means pork, ‘Kotsu’ means bone. Tonkotsu made of pork bones which have been boiled down until they dissolve into a cloudy white broth. The thick, creamy soup is also often flavored with pork fat and it is also loved by a lady customers.
