Rahmah Service Upgraded: Proton Announces First Rahmah Raya Campaign

Proton has announced the launch of its first Rahmah Raya campaign to support the government’s initiative to reduce the cost of living for lower-income groups. 

The automaker has encouraged its customers to send their vehicles to authorized service centers for a free 40-point safety check and a service package priced at RM150. The campaign is fully funded by Proton and will run from today until May 31.

The aim of the campaign is to offer Proton owners an affordable solution to service their cars before the upcoming festive holidays. The initiative was launched by Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Aziz, the minister of international trade and industry. He praised Proton for its efforts to ease the financial burden on its customers, particularly those from the B40 group.

Proton’s Rahmah Raya campaign is the first by an automotive company to support its customers in such a way. It is targeted at owners of Persona, Iris, Exora, Saga as well as previous models including the Inspira, Waja, and Wira. The service package priced at RM150 will include a 25% discount on semi-synthetic oil, a 10% discount for oil filter/gasket, and RM20 off on labor charges.
