A viral video captured Prince William, the heir to the throne, dancing energetically to Swift’s hit single “Shake It Off,” delighting fans worldwide. Among the nearly 90,000 fans at the concert was Labour Party leader Keir Starmer, who attended with his wife, Victoria Alexander.
