What is the REAL SARA Assistance?

To help you avoid being misled by fake news, here’s what real SARA (Sumbangan Asas Rahmah) assistance actually is:

  • Target Group: Eligible B40 and M40 groups only, NOT everyone
  • Amount: Varies based on family circumstances, typically RM100-RM500
  • Application: Must register and update details through the PADU system
  • Disbursement: Used via MyKad at selected stores, NOT cash
  • Validity: Usually annual assistance with usage deadlines
Important Reminder: Real SARA assistance requires application and eligibility verification — it is NOT automatically distributed to all citizens aged 18+. Any claim about “automatic credit” or “everyone gets it” is FAKE!
