All-New Maxis Postpaid Plan: Enhanced Data and Bonus Offers

Maxis, a prominent player in the telecommunications sector, has made a significant move by introducing a new postpaid plan that includes access to 5G technology. This strategic decision comes hot on the heels of the latest announcement and aims to entice customers with a blend of increased data allocation and appealing bonus features.

In a bid to align with the evolving digital landscape, Maxis has revamped its postpaid plans. While these new plans largely resemble the existing ones, they carry a slight increment of RM11 alongside the provision of supplementary data allowances. The goal is to create a compelling proposition that encourages users to embrace the advantages of 5G connectivity.

With the integration of 5G capabilities, the cost structure has been slightly modified. The most affordable plan, which was previously RM68/month, now stands at RM79/month, while the highest tier, once priced at RM188/month, has been adjusted to RM199/month. It’s worth noting that the enhanced plans also encompass unlimited calls and SMS services.

Maxis has outlined a unique usage pattern for the 5G bonus data – it will be utilized before the standard quota. This approach ensures that customers get the most out of the 5G experience. Below is a breakdown of the Maxis 5G plans, complete with their allocated quotas:

  • Maxis Postpaid 79: 80GB 4G/5G + Bonus 40GB 5G
  • Maxis Postpaid 109: 100GB 4G/5G + Bonus 50GB 5G
  • Maxis Postpaid 139: 120GB 4G/5G + Bonus 60GB 5G
  • Maxis Postpaid 169: 150GB 4G/5G + Bonus 75GB 5G
  • Maxis Postpaid 199: 200GB 4G/5G + Bonus 100GB 5G
