BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, unveiled their special Festa song, “Take Two,” on June 9th. This heartfelt ballad, dedicated to their beloved ARMY, serves as a testament to the remarkable bond that has been forged between the K-pop juggernauts and their fans. The lyrics take listeners on a nostalgic trip, reminiscing about the milestones achieved and the stories shared throughout their illustrious career.

“Take Two” contains numerous references to BTS’s earlier tracks, paying homage to their growth and evolution. One such example is the connection to their previous song, “Young Forever,” as they express in the lyrics: “We never felt so right when I got you by my side. Along the road, we walked together. Oh, we young forever.” This line beautifully encapsulates the enduring spirit of youth and unity that resonates with the group’s passionate followers.

Another notable reference is found in J-Hope’s rap verse, which alludes to the song “Whalien 52”: “Even when the desert becomes the sea, we swim together. Even the lonely whales, we’re singing like them now.” BTS has always been known for their meaningful lyrics, and “Take Two” continues this tradition by weaving together past and present themes, creating a profound connection between the band and their ARMY.

While BTS members Jin and J-Hope are currently serving in the South Korean military, the other members are focusing on individual projects. However, their collective spirit remains strong as they continue to release captivating content for their dedicated fanbase. As part of the Festa activities, landmarks across Seoul, such as Some Sevit, N Seoul Tower, Seoul City Hall, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, and the World Cup Bridge, have been illuminated in the group’s signature color, purple.

Additionally, the leader of the group, RM (Kim Namjoon), will host a special event called “It’s 5 PM, and This is Kim Namjun” on June 17th. Furthermore, Jungkook will treat fans to a Fireworks Show in Yeouido Hangang Park, commemorating BTS’s 10th Anniversary on the same day. These events are highly anticipated by ARMY, who have eagerly awaited the opportunity to celebrate alongside their beloved idols.

BTS’s 10th anniversary is a significant milestone for the band and their fans. Debuting under Big Hit Entertainment on June 13, 2013, with their single album “2 Cool 4 Skool,” the group has since risen to global stardom, spreading their positive messages and captivating performances worldwide. The festivities for their anniversary began on May 31st and will continue until June 17th, with new content and surprises in store for ARMY.
