The K-pop sensation BTS member, Suga, has begun his first solo world tour as a solo artist. The tour, titled “SUGA | Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY'”, is named after his first official solo album, “D-DAY,” which he released under his alter ego, Agust D, on April 21, 2023. The tour is the first solo jaunt by a BTS member and will take place in nine cities worldwide, including the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan.

Suga revealed that the tour would be beyond what everyone can imagine and will showcase Suga, Agust D, and Min Yoongi, the person behind the personas. The concert will feature tracks from his three solo albums, “Agust D,” “D-2,” and “D-DAY,” which together make up the “Agust D” trilogy. The stage setting and setlist will showcase the history of his changes and the trilogy.

The tour began on April 26, 2023, at UBS Arena in Belmont, New York, and will continue until June 25, 2023. The U.S. leg of the tour includes Belmont Park, Newark, Rosemont, Los Angeles, and Oakland. The Asia leg will include Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, Kanagawa, and Seoul. Suga expressed his excitement about the tour and revealed that he had practiced continuously for the solo tour.
The concert in Japan, scheduled for June 3, 2023, at Pia Arena MM, Kanagawa, will be live-streamed in cinemas worldwide. The broadcast will allow fans from all over the world to experience the concert from the comfort of their local cinemas. The English subtitles will be available, and the running times may be delayed due to the circumstances of the concert as it is a real-time broadcast.
