Hong Kong actor Mark Cheng recently opened up about his current relationship with his Malaysian ex-wife, Ailyn Pow, in an interview. When asked about Pow, Cheng expressed indifference.

“Which ex-wife? I don’t even remember this person,” the 59-year-old actor remarked. He emphasized that there was no reason to dwell on his former wife. “Why should I remember her? It’s pointless. It’s better to focus on positive things. Our memories shouldn’t be cluttered with useless things that take up precious space,” Cheng added.
Cheng and Pow, who got married in 2002, divorced in 2022, as reported by China Press. During the divorce, Cheng, who has been living in China in recent years, claimed that Pow had left him and taken their two children with her. He also alleged that Pow had been unfaithful.
In February, it was reported that Cheng spent Chinese New Year alone in a hotel room. Prior to his marriage to Pow, Cheng was married to Japanese actress Yukari Oshima. The couple married in 1991 but divorced four years later due to their demanding schedules, which kept them apart.
Cheng’s candid remarks about his past relationships highlight his desire to focus on the present and remember positive aspects of his life rather than dwelling on past difficulties.
