Hotlink, one of Malaysia’s leading telecommunications providers, has exciting news for prepaid plan users. They have announced an update to their prepaid plan offers, bringing faster speed restrictions and more transparent Fair Usage Policy (FUP) quotas. This move showcases Hotlink’s dedication to addressing customer concerns and delivering an improved user experience.

The highlight of the update is the new RM50/month prepaid plan, which offers unlimited internet speed up to 12Mbps and an enhanced FUP quota of 100GB. Hotlink has taken customer feedback into account by prominently displaying the FUP details on this plan. Subscribers can enjoy unlimited calls and hotspot usage, subject to the FUP. Once the FUP quota is reached, the speed will be reduced to 512kbps.

Hotlink has also made updates to other plans, including the RM40/month Unlimited pass. This plan provides unlimited internet at a speed of 6Mbps and an 80GB FUP quota, along with unlimited calls and hotspot usage aligned with the FUP quota.

In addition, Hotlink has renewed its Fast passes, offering more data quotas. The RM35/month Fast Pass now provides 40GB of quota, a boost from the previous 30GB, while the RM25/month pass has been upgraded from 15GB to 20GB. All Fast passes continue to offer unlimited local calls.

The new Unlimited Internet plan brings significant improvements, especially when compared to the previous 50GB FUP quota offered by Hotlink and other telcos.

Hotlink’s commitment to delivering faster speeds and transparent FUP quotas demonstrates their dedication to providing an enhanced prepaid plan experience for their valued users. With these updates, Hotlink aims to cater to the evolving needs of customers in an increasingly data-driven world.
