Mirror’s Edan Lui Confirms He’s Pursuing Malaysian Actress Lin Min Chen

Hong Kong singer Edan Lui, a member of the popular boy group Mirror, has finally opened up about his rumored relationship with Malaysian actress Lin Min Chen. In a recent interview, Lui shared that they are in the process of getting to know each other better and promised to inform everyone if there’s any significant development.

When asked whether he plans to meet Lin, 34, at her upcoming fan event in Hong Kong, Lui, 27, asked the public to give them some privacy and avoid jumping to conclusions. “If I want to meet her, I’ll do it privately. Please give us space,” he said. “If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, but don’t make it hard for her.”

Lui also addressed the situation in a Threads post on September 10, admitting that while he is interested in pursuing her, they are just friends for now. “Min Chen is a wonderful person, and I have a good impression of her. I’m currently pursuing her, but right now, we’re just friends,” he wrote, leaving the door open for future possibilities.

The singer echoed the same sentiment on his Instagram Story, adding, “Just wanna be real.”

Lui and Lin first sparked dating rumors last month when they were seen having dinner together in Europe. At the time, Lui explained that he was there for work and invited Lin to join him since she happened to be in the same area. Although he dismissed the rumors then, Lui did say, “Anything is possible. For now, I’m focusing on my work and going with the flow. I’ll keep you updated if anything changes.”
