Hong Kong celebrity couple Edwin Siu, 47, and Priscilla Wong, 43, have shared the joyful news fans have been eagerly waiting for—they are expecting their first child after six years of marriage.
Speculation about Wong’s pregnancy began circulating after she was spotted wearing loose-fitting outfits at public events and being assisted down a stage in November. On November 17, Wong confirmed the news by posting a heartwarming video on her social media, chronicling the couple’s journey from marriage to parenthood.

The 30-second clip began with scenes from their 2018 wedding in New Zealand. It then transitioned to an emotional moment where Wong held an ultrasound scan, tears streaming down her face. Other highlights included cherished moments between the couple and Wong revealing a positive pregnancy test to a sleepy Siu, who hid his face in surprise and delight.
In her post, Wong also opened up about a miscarriage she had experienced earlier. “Our story began when we became a family,” she wrote in Chinese. “We once looked forward to new life, but in a difficult moment, we lost it. Those days were spent finding balance and supporting each other’s happiness.”
Wong, celebrated for TVB dramas like Line Walker and Madam Cutie On Duty, expressed her hope to inspire others. “We shared our story to give strength to parents who have faced similar losses. Though the pain is indescribable, we believe in better days ahead.”
Reflecting on their journey, she wrote, “Life doesn’t need fairy tales, but it always offers hope.”
Fans had previously speculated about a personal loss in 2021 when Wong shared a cryptic social media post of a small leaf with the caption “Goodbye,” disabling comments. She later acknowledged her grief while reassuring fans she would heal with time.
Now, the couple’s announcement marks a new chapter of hope and happiness in their lives.
