According to the latest data from Nielsen Korea, the most recent episode of “Queen of Tears” secured an impressive nationwide average rating of 20.7 percent. This achievement not only marks a significant milestone but also sets a new all-time high for the series.

Surpassing the legendary “Goblin,” “Queen of Tears” now proudly holds the title of the second-highest-rated drama in the history of tvN. The only show to outshine it remains “Crash Landing on You,” which made history with a staggering nationwide average of 21.7 percent for its series finale in 2020.

In the realm of television dramas, competition is fierce, and other networks are also making waves. KBS 2TV’s latest romantic offering, “Beauty and Mr. Romantic,” surged to an impressive nationwide average rating of 16.8 percent for its most recent episode, showcasing its own strong appeal to audiences.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Hide” attained a respectable nationwide average rating of 4.7 percent, while MBN’s new entry, “Missing Crown Prince,” garnered a nationwide average of 1.1 percent for its second episode.
