Uncle Roger’s Fried Rice: New Outlets, Lower Prices, Big Buzz!

Uncle Roger’s Fried Rice Goes Big: New Locations, Lower Prices, and What’s Next

If you’re a fan of Uncle Roger, aka Nigel Ng, here’s some good news: his restaurant chain ‘FUIYOH! It’s Uncle Roger’ is growing! After opening his first outlet at the posh Pavilion KL mall earlier this year, the comedian-turned-restaurateur has launched two more outlets—one at MyTown Shopping Centre in Kuala Lumpur and another at IPC Shopping Centre in Selangor.

What’s New? Fried Rice Just Got Cheaper

Uncle Roger is keeping his fans happy by responding to feedback. In a recent chat with influencer Sam Wong, he shared that he’s made a key adjustment: the price of his signature fried rice has been lowered.

At the Pavilion KL outlet, a plate of fried rice was priced at RM18 (around S$5.40). While the price is fair for a high-end mall surrounded by luxury boutiques, some customers felt it was on the pricier side. Uncle Roger agreed that the newer locations, which cater to a more casual crowd, needed a friendlier price tag.

Now, at the MyTown outlet, you can get the fried rice for RM16 (around S$4.80). A small change, but one that fans have appreciated!

Where to Eat Uncle Roger’s Fried Rice

  • Pavilion KL: For a premium experience and Instagram-worthy surroundings.
  • MyTown & IPC: Perfect if you’re looking for something more casual and budget-friendly.

Fans Want More!

The price drop isn’t the only buzz—fans are already asking Uncle Roger to expand further. Singaporeans especially are hoping he’ll cross the Causeway and open a restaurant there.

So, whether you’re a foodie or just a die-hard Uncle Roger fan, his fried rice empire is worth keeping an eye on. Will Singapore be next? We’re waiting, Uncle Roger!
